Following 15 years experience in construction, becoming a realtor and expanding my services was a natural next step. With my unique industry background, I bring to the table an in-depth understanding of the construction process and strong relationships with key professionals to help with every aspect of your real estate transaction.

• I will attend each showing when possible and email electronic “Just Listing” cards to prospective buyers.

• If you are purchasing a new build and the land it is being built on, you may need a real estate agent’s advice and representation to guide you through sales contracts and transfer of ownership.
• I will liaise between you and the builder to ensure clear and timely communication.
• I will help iron out any discrepancies between what is expected and what is offered.
• Together, we can review the often overwhelming decisions relating to floor plans and interior options.
• I will arrange on-site meetings and walk throughs, guide you through potentially costly alterations or changes to orders, and help navigate build-schedule delays.
