What distinguishes Jennifer from many traditional real estate agents is her extensive professional background in construction administration, construction management, residential development, architectural project administration, and commercial construction.
She has been involved with the construction and development of hundreds of homes, as well as numerous commercial, educational, institutional, and public facilities throughout Ohio including work with SHP Architects on Ohio school facilities, libraries, and other large institutional projects.
Her experience includes serving as a construction manager for residential home development, providing her firsthand knowledge of how subdivisions and homes are planned, developed, constructed, managed, and delivered.
